STEP began in the summer of 2006 and ran each summer until 2013. Step provided an opportunity for young adults from the Midwest of the USA to experience short-term missions within the borders of their own country. The goal was two fold: for Christians to be encouraged in the sharing of their faith through a variety of venues; and for people in Southern California to learn of Christ.
